A flow of moon salutations and yin to celebrate the full moon (seated poses held for several minutes) designed for all levels. Must register online to reserve a spot. $12 pay online or in-person. Plenty of space for social distancing. All mats are spaced 6 feet apart. Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Space is limited to 10.
