Families with children ages 6 and up are welcome to attend this workshop. Yoga can be a bonding experience between parents and children and among siblings. We will learn fun yoga poses for the whole family and discuss essential oils safe for kids. Parents will also learn the aroma touch technique and how to use it on their children. Cost is $25 per family and includes a roller of aroma touch essential oil. Grandparents, caretakers, educators, professionals who work with children are welcome to attend too!
