Join Kari Garber Hynek, Aroma Acupoint Therapist, and Brynn Cunningham, RYT-200, for a soothing, soulful event to usher in the summer season. This all-levels, mindful vinyasa-style class includes feel-good, stretchy poses linked with variations of sun salutations. Throughout class, students will take rest in floor-based yin yoga and restorative poses using props while Kari uses the gentle touch of AAT and applies essential oils complementing the summer season to acupoints along specific meridians of the body. Class includes cooling pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation in order to deepen the healing, calming experience of yoga combining AAT. Wear loose fitted pants or shorts to allow access to acupoints. No yoga or AAT experience required. $20
